Andrea trembled as she watched the imposing figure descend along a
blinding shaft of light. Blood pounded in her ears as the silhouette drew
closer, hatred eminating in almost tangible force from the fearsome
goddess. In moments, Juno herself stood before Andrea in all her terrible
glory. Her face was beautiful, yet twisted with rage and jealousy.
Andrea realized as she stared at the immortal queen that she herself now
appeared to be an exact duplicate of the stunning goddess before her.
"How dare you?" Juno breathed, not needing to raise her terrifying voice above a whisper to start Andrea's knees quivering. "I didn't do it..." began Andrea, not daring to raise her terrified voice above a whisper either. "SILENCE!" shrieked Juno, her terrible, beautiful face contorted with rage. "It was the snake!" Andrea sobbed, unable to control herself. "I didn't mean to offend you, he made me like this." Andrea cowered in fear.
