have enjoyed our brief moments together. If this boy was not depending on
me to save his life, I would have desired nothing greater than the
pleasure of accompaning you on your journey home, and learning more of
your character and adventures. I wish you good fortune on your journey,
and I will pray for the recovery of your father."
'Wow,' Fred mused to himself. 'That was pretty smooth. I usually never say fancy stuff like that when Pozzo's writing.' "I can see that you are a man of true integrity," Alya replied with a stunning smile. "I will wait for you one hour. If you return after seeing to the boy's safety, I will enjoy your company on the road home." Needless to say, Fred took off like a shot toward the King's castle.
