"That's what I had in mind," said Chris. "Come on, then." A short while later, they were back at Stacy's apartment. Chris, she noticed, had his own key. Without even asking, he set about making tea in her kitchen. He seemed to know where everything was -- better than Stacy did at the moment. She found herself feeling slightly resentful about that... and also, for the first time, she felt a stab of jealousy over the guy at the museum. Obviously she and Chris had a very close relationship. This was going to be really unpleasant if and when she got her memory back... Chris handed her a cup of tea, saying "Here. Tea always makes you feel more comfortable when you're stressed." "I'll take your word for it," muttered Stacy, wincing at the edge of bitterness she heard in her own voice. Chris merely smiled in a reassuring fashion and settled down into a chair across the kitchen table from her. "All right," he said. "Let's talk about your life. Where would you like me to start?" Stacy thought for a moment. "How about starting with..."
