light. "That
is a sophisticated magical warning device," said Nomino, Wizard of
Kamiro. "Disturb it, or
even come close to it, and the dragon would be alerted that someone was
coming along
the tunnel." "So what do we do?" asked Velus. "We hug the wall of the
tunnel as we go
by, and hope that we don't trigger the device." So they did as the wizard
said.
