The Dreaded Drawf

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 1213

Before Belboz could move, there was a horrible screeching sound and, as Fred watched, Belboz seemed to rip in half, his body severed at the waist. As Fred watched, a horrible misshapen form pulled itself from the shadows. It had a small ugly face on the end of a long purple neck. In place of a chest was a second face, with a huge gaping maw and razor sharp teeth. Tenticles sprange from it's waist. It was supported by two thick legs and it's stout muscled arms flexed. It one of it's hands, it carried three throwing blades, a fourth of which it had used to sever Belboz in half.

Fred gulped. It was a drawf. He had heard of them but never met one...hoped never to meet one.

As Fred watched, deadly acidic saliva dripped from it's huge chestmouth. It flexed it's arm back, as if preparing to throw a second blade at Fred.

Fred looked woefully down at his sword, too large to swing in the cave, due to Belboz' spell, and...

  1. ...charged into battle anyway.
  2. ...beat a hasty retreat.
  3. ...attempted to reason with the drawf.
  4. ...grabbed Belboz' spellbook, hoping there was something there he could use against the awful creature.
