The Never Ending Quest - Episode 119797

When the light began to fade, they found a suitable place to make camp for the night. To Astra's relief, their snake guide uncoiled itself from her leg once more and, after a meal of nuts and berries, they settled down to sleep. Not having seen any threatening wildlife, they had not thought that one of them keeping a look-out would be necessary.

Astra had no further dream contact with the spirits, and both she and Fred slept soundly. In the morning, they awoke:

To find a mysterious figure standing not far away. He claimed that he knows "a shortcut" to the temple. But how could he know that that was their destination?
To find themselves surrounded by tribespeople clutching spears and looking none too friendly.
To discover themselves no longer where they had gone to sleep. How could they have been moved without waking them?
To find that the diamond [47460] that they had been tasked to return to the temple was missing.
