She looked around, blinking, tingling all over, and she opened her mouth to ask what was going on, but nothing came out. "Greetings, fair Poppy!" said Llewellyn, who of course knew about the memory-wiping effect of his kisses. "Come along with me," he offered his hand. She felt dazed, but he had a great charisma about him and he seemed at least somewhat familiar with and accepting of her - was Poppy her name? - and she went to place her hand in his. That was when all the dwarves around her began singing as one, and she flinched in shock. They claimed that she owed them a debt, and was their rightful house maid. Now something about that notion didn't sit right with her, but what on earth did she know? Her head was empty as air. She made another attempt to speak, but found it impossible. She was mute? Had that always been the case? It also seemed very off that she appeared to be bright red...
