Of course, she wasn't exactly fit for combat training herself; it had been many months since she'd even touched a weapon, and she never had in this body. And the goblins were attentive, but quite scrawny and slow to learn. It would take a good amount of doing to whip them into shape due to weaknesses on her end and theirs. But her darling Belboz had asked her to do this, and she loved him with all her heart and could never let him down.

Still... that love didn't have to exclude the possibility of helping these piteous cursed townsfolk. She spent the entire training session, and then the entire night, lying awake next to Belboz, trying to convince herself to do something.

But she simply couldn't go behind her beloved's back, not in any way. If she was to help the goblins, she'd have to ask him up front. Maybe she could come up with some angle that had hope of convincing him...
What Belboz was doing was wrong, and in the long run, helping his victims would be the best way to help him. She had to think of a way to free these poor creatures, and, if possible, restore them to what they had once been.
