Frederigo felt as if he had been busy the night before… But what was I doing? he thought to himself. He took a look around the room. Everything seemed to be in order. But then it hit him like a ton of bricks. There were no doors out of the room! There was this strange circular stairway that came up from the floor, and went out through the ceiling. Fred remembered looking both up and down to see where it went, but both directions seemed to go on forever. Astra wanted to go up. Fred wanted to go down. An argument ensued. They both decided it would be best to get some sleep before trying to explore. Astra was beginning to wake. Their adventure with the stairway was about to begin. They just had to make a decision first…
