...a potion of forgetfulness?

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 118361

Cinnamon took the potion home, and hid it away under her pillow, wanting to wait until just before bed to drink it; she didn't particularly want to be awake while it did its work. Borovius came home along with the party late that evening, and they went to bed not long after. Cinnamon drank the small vial quietly while lying in bed, and fell asleep soon after.

When she woke up the following morning...

  1. she had forgotten all about Sir Fred.
  2. she had forgotten everything that had happened since she'd met Belboz and been turned into Lilith.
  3. she had forgotten absolutely everything.
  4. she was very forgetful. (Well, it had been a potion of forgetfulness, not a potion of amnesia.)
  5. she found that the potion had not worked at all as advertised, instead bringing about a totally unexpected effect.
  6. beyond even having forgotten everything, the slate had been wiped totally clean, and she was now as a babe, not knowing language, or how her body worked, or how to navigate the world at all.
