Stacy, Workaholic?

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 11781

"What else would you expect an assistant curator at the National History Museum to do?" asked Stacy, a little annoyed by the girl's remark. "But you didn't have to work late almost every evening," said the girl accusingly.

Stacy decided that there was no point in getting involved in an argument. After all, it wasn't as though she cared for Bob. So she said:

  1. "Perhaps it's time you got back to work," in the hope that in doing so they would lead her to her own office.
  2. "I'll leave you to get on with it, then." Bob and the girl naturally looked very surprised.
  3. "This may sound odd, but I've managed to get lost. Could you direct me back to my office, please?"
