Fred decided that he had no alternative but to go along with his captors. And besides, if they were taking him to the Dragon, well that was what he wanted, wasn't it? Perhaps he would get a chance to take the fell beast by surprise, and could deal it a lethal blow with his sword - which oddly he had so far been allowed to keep - before these Dragazons could intervene and overpower him.

  1. Once more as if she could read his mind, their leader said: "Remnove your sword from its scabbard, drop it on the ground and then move back three paces so that one of us can take it without your trying any fancy tricks."
  2. They continued through the maze of passages until they emerged in a great cavern. In the centre of it lay the dragon.
  3. En route they passed a naked, beautiful, young redheaded woman who was chained by her wrists and ankles to the tunnel wall. "That is Princess Astra of Aqualaria," the Dragazons' leader said. "She will remain there until she consents to serve the Dragon."
