Rick knew that if Fred was on this wizard's property, it was likely the wizard was not a friendly one. And if he was wrong about that, and Fred was just staying as a guest, he could at least hope the wizard was reasonable enough that if he was caught, he could explain the situation and be spared magical retribution. He shed his armor and scaled the fence without any problems, landing in a grassy enclosure. Off to the side a few cows were grazing - a male, a female, and a calf. He noticed the female look at him with wide eyes when he landed, but didn't think anything of it. He went back to his token to consult the direction it was pointing. Strangely enough, it was pointing directly in front of him. Odd; the tower was to his right and there was nothing between him and the wall a few hundred feet in front of him except the family of cows. It didn't take him too long to piece it together, but he approached the cattle extremely slowly and hesitantly, unable to believe it. Freda, for her part, had to strain for several minutes before she could verify that she knew this knight specifically, let alone remember his name. She was still working on that second part when he whispered, "Fred?" Chewing slowly, she nodded. Rick covered his mouth. "Fred? Is that really you? What... what happened?" Freda paused for a few seconds before she responded, "Turned into a cow." Rick all but managed to suppress a squeak of further shock. "You can speak?" He shook his head. "Okay, it doesn't matter - I'm here to rescue you, Fred." That sounded wrong. Right, but also wrong. "Freda," she said without thinking. Rick looked at her strangely. "Okay... Freda,
