And so Hannendine, daughter of a sorcerer, and Prince Theo of Allaria became engaged.

Hannen was beside herself with excitement, but it didn't compare to Arius. He had been waiting and planning for years, and now finally, half a year hence, he would have the ruling family of Allaria in his pocket!

Hannen began working with her friends and her ladies-in-waiting-to-be to plan the wedding. King Embron hired the most prestigious tailor in all of Allaria to make for her the most beautiful wedding dress she'd ever seen. Several months later she tried it on for the first time, and though she'd never much been one for dresses, she absolutely loved it.

Embron and Jastina were getting on in years, and began making plans to abdicate a few years after Theo and Hannen were married. The future was looking bright for all.

  1. Arius moved forward with his plans to poison the king and queen, so Hannendine would be High Queen of Allaria once she married Theo.
  2. The day of the wedding arrived. It was a perfect day, and by its end, Hannendine was princess of Allaria.
  3. The day of the wedding arrived. Belboz the necromancer was in attendance, and upon seeing Hannen, his memories of what had happened to Sir Fred were shaken loose.
