Tree Lords

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 115102

The entities, who called themselves Tree Lords, had made themselves known because Lord Fred and Princess Astra's governments were very concerned for the environment. For example, both governments practiced sustainable lumber harvesting, kept local rivers clean of pollution as much as possible and made parks and protected areas of low lying wetlands and forests. And much of the mountains as well, as nobody liked a landslide. Fred and Astra's personal landholdings themselves were under the supervision of trained forestry experts, so wild life could thrive and grow there as well.
It was for this the Tree Lord came to help Astra and Fred, as they had been lost in the Deep Woods.
A healthy forest is like a well built library, and indeed, share the same origins. Time and space are a little different on the insides. Connected, even. A well trained Tree Lord could walk from forest to forest through pathways normal humans could never find.

  1. Fred and Astra were taken to the next step on their journey.
  2. They were taken to a safe place, albeit one unfamiliar.
  3. They were taken to Astra's personal landholdings.
  4. They were taken to Fred's personal landholdings.
  5. The Deep Woods have become damaged somehow and nobody is going anywhere.
  6. Krusty the Court Jester has turned up. The Deep Woods have granted him mercy because he teaches campfire safety to schoolkids.
