Stay looked for the paperwork for Allarian Telephone and Telegraph. She discovered that the revenues were 10 times that of any of the subsidiaries, but it also paid out staggering amounts. These expenses were mainly accounted for by the salary of the CEO, Mr Primo Levant, and for equipment orders which included not only high powered computers but also heavy machinery including a number of high-pressure steam turbines. What would a telephone company need those for?
But where was Allaria? She did a quick search online but this suggested that Allaria was somewhere in Greece but that nobody knows exactly where. Very strange.
