Talk coherently, you stupid old man!

Fred pondered about the predicament and then tried to get his jailed companion, the old man, to speak. "Hello... MY NAME IS FRED. DO-YOU-SPEAK-" He began, only to have the old man respond in gibberish:

"Geday mayt howaya, thro anudda shrimpun thebarby!" Was the reply, which the old man pulled off in an incredibly sane voice.

"What? Stop speaking gibberish."

The old man, who was wearing an old western hat and loose, khaki clothes built for hot weather sighed, "You don't understand 'Strine? Bloody oath."

"What oath?"

The old man sighed again.

"Uh-huh... what are you in this jail for?"

1. "Same reason as you, I'd assume. In this cave when I shouldn't 'bin."
2. "I'm nothing but a hallucination of yours."
3. "My name is the 'Dragon Hunter'. This dragon was the only one I ever failed at catchin'."
