Astra Considers Indulging in Monkey Business

An idea came to her. If she could turn herself into a monkey, then perhaps she would be able to talk to Robert's simian army and turn them against him. That might assist her in forcing him to divulge where the goblet was hidden, should he prove reluctant to do so. After making the monkeys into her allies, she could use the candy to transform herself back into her human form. She could then decide whether or not to kill Robert. Hopefully, even if the location of the goblet remained a mystery, she could persuade Zerm to transport her off the island.

1. Always prone to impetuous decisions, Astra attempted to cast the spell that would transform her into a monkey. She was successful.
2. Astra attempted to cast the spell, but something went wrong. She became rather hairy, her arms became much longer, and her legs shorter and bowed, but she was still predominantly human.
3. Astra attempted to cast the spell that would transform her into a monkey. But she got nowhere.
4. Astra decided that, before resorting to such an extreme measure, she would first follow her original plan of trying to charm the location of the goblet out of Robert. So she collected some bread and water and returned to him.
