Fred finds a skeleton

Fred is tired, dirty, hungry, thirsty, equipmentless, bruised and lost. He
doesn't know why he's on this beach, he can't see any sign of
civilization, it's about to storm and holy shit, a skeleton! An honest to god skeleton was sticking up out of the ground. It had been buried to the waist... "Oy!" said Fred. "My head hurts. This is so confusing. I wish I had some Ultram." (It was one of the pills for pains the Court Wizard held in his cabinet). Fred saw that the beach soon changed to rolling fields of scrub grass. Not much cover in sight. But rain might do to wash off some of the grime. Oh well. Fred scanned the horizon. To the east he could see a small line of trees. To the west he could see a small ridge and more trees. Maybe they had some caves to sleep in. But Fred was kind of uncomfortable at the idea of caves though he did not know why. Fred headed up the beach.
