The Master led them back into the control building, and to an inconspicuous
black box with wires coming out of it nestled in one corner of the
Operations room. "A pity," he said, as the Doctor opened it up and began
ripping out circuitry. "It was quite an elegant piece of work, if I do say
so." "Yes," muttered the Doctor. "Diabolically elegant." "I really must find a way to make those Cybermen pay for all the wasted effort I put into it," the dark Time Lord went on. "Maybe you should sue them," said Stacy sarcastically. As the Master turned to favor her with his patented contemptuous look, the Doctor finished yanking the last of the wires out of the wall. For good measure, he threw the handful of circuitry he'd pulled out of the box to the floor and stepped on it. "Well, that's taken care of that," he said with an air of satisfaction. "Without the Master's little gadget here perturbing the energy fields, the VLA should be safe to operate." "Cool!" said Betty-1. "So, what now?"
