As Fred and Astra fought in the glen to which the door had brought Fred,
Exotica and Velus,
Exotica searched for some way in which she might intervene without getting
herself killed.
Finding a conveniently sized rock, she manoeuvred to a position where Fred
would not block her aim,
and threw it with all her strength.
Her aim was true, and the rock struck Astra on the side of her head, felling her instantly. "Thank you," said Fred, breathing hard from the exertion of the fight as he bent over Astra's unconscious body. "She's a fine swordswoman, and I might easily have lost, especially as I didn't want to hurt her. I hope you haven't killed her though." "I can't feel overly concerned," said Exotica.
