Fred Tells His Story

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 10567

Fred decided that there was no reason not to be honest - except that Astra might not believe him - and so he told her the whole story. How he had come on a quest to destroy the dragon. How he had found Astra herself naked and in chains, been unable to free her, then found Exotica in a similar plight, but had had more success in freeing her. How he, Exotica and Velus had then wandered through the caverns, in the hope of finding and killing the dragon, since that would destroy the spell that kept anyone from leaving the caves. "Since you don't remember me and Velus, and since you are free and clothed, I can only assume that when we went through the last green door we traveled back in time to before the dragon captured you," he finished.

  1. Astra believed him. "Sorry about your nostril, but I assumed the worst," she said.
  2. Astra didn't believe him. "I think you're minions of the dragon," she said.
  3. Astra said: "That doesn't explain how the so-called princess came to be in the caverns in the first place."
