On their way to the Eldritch Tome section, the amount of coffee that they have drunk begins to make itself felt, and they decide to detour via the bathrooms. Fortunately for them, the Starbucks at the End of the Multiverse has bathrooms in every area of the store for your convenience. What Astra may not have been expecting was the Starbucks counter immediately inside the women's bathroom. "Hello there," said a friendly girl behind the counter, "my name is Fran. Can I interest you in a beverage today? Maybe a scone?" "What the..." said Astra.. "no I don't want a scone! I want to use the restroom in peace." "Enjoy your stay!" chirped Fran, undaunted, as Astra entered a stall as far away from the counter as possible.
Ten minutes later, Astra exited the bathroom to see Minestus and Belboz awaiting her outside, both with caramel frappachinos in their hands. "They had a sale in there," said Minestus with a wink. "I can't believe the convenience!" "Mmmm," chortled Belboz, slurping his icy beverage. "This is so tasty." "Whatever," said Astra, and they resumed their way to the Eldritch Tome section. It was on the third floor, so they had a few options for travel: Escalator, Elevator, Stairs, or Teleportation. "The choice is clear," said Minestus. "The place is absolutely littered with 'Teleport Without Error' circles. They are super stabilized gateways which will take us anywhere in the store we want to go. Why would you travel any other way?" "Because I don't trust magic!" said Astra. "With all the problems we are having with being tossed around the Multiverse and Time do you think its a good idea to intentionally teleport?" "Errrgghhh..." drawled Belboz, "she has a very strong point." "I guess she does," muttered Minestus.
