Ama Lama Ding Dong wakes up lying in the middle of a dirt road, with three knights standing over him... well, her. "Are you all right, fair maiden?" one asks. "What is your name?" asks one of his companions. "Amalama..." she begins to slur, but she can't speak loudly or clearly; she's too out of sorts. "Amalia? What a lovely name. Are you well, Amalia?" "I think I'm supposed to be a man..." Amalia muses, but fortunately for her, the knights do not hear this clearly either. "I'm sorry, fair Amalia, I cannot hear you," the first knight says. "You ought to rest; you can tell us what happened when you are well." They take her to an inn, and after a night's rest she has decided that telling anyone she is meant to be a man would make her look mad.
