have a chance to succeed in this mission, I think we are going to have to
make our move quickly once we are all inside the castle, before they
become suspicious.
Matthias and I can say that we have come to discuss future trade
arrangements, but
we couldn't keep up the bluff for long."
She went on: "There's something I'd like to know. From what you say about the spell's effects lasting for a week, are you implying that you can't reverse the spell?" "That's correct. I'm afraid you will have to wait for it to wear off." "Well, I suppose a week's not very long." "Before I perform the spell, there's one point I must check," Jarlath said. "Does the Dragon have any female warrior rabbits, or are they all male? You see, the spell is quite tricky enough to cast as it is, and I don't think I could manage to change you from female to male as well."
