Connar looks utterly bewildered, and not very intelligent. Diana just stares at him dreamily as he says, "Wait... Why did you kiss me, anyway?"

"Because I love you. I loved you the instant I saw you."

He frowns. "I don't believe in love at first sight."

"I didn't either, but I know now that it is real; it's happened to me."

He looks uncertain. Diana continues...

  1. "It may seem a bit fast, but I believe that we are meant to be together, as husband and wife."
  2. "Don't you feel the same way?"
