"Well, I guess it's time for us to slay the dragon," Fred said, his voice shaking a little. The dragon was even larger and more fearsome than he had expected. The way it had swallowed the halflings was horrifying.

"You say 'us', but you're the one with the sword," Astra pointed out. "Unless you'd like to lend me your sword so that I can slay him?"

  1. Fred summoned up his courage. "No, I'll do it," he said. He charged towards the beast, the two naked princesses following at what they hoped would be a safe distance.
  2. Fred's nerve failed him. "That does sound like a good idea," he said, and handed Astra his sword. She charged forward.
