Moo!

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 103016

A cow in one of the fields far below Astra happened to look up, and it spotted her. It mooed. It must have been a loud moo, as Astra could hear it way up on her ledge.

  1. Ignoring the cow, Astra looked for a way down.
  2. There seemed to be something oddly hypnotic about the cow's lowing. Astra found herself compelled to climb down from her ledge and approach it.
  3. Most farmers have a watchdog. This one had a watchcow. The farmer emerged from the farmhouse to see what the cow was mooing at.
  4. Astra had been spotted by the cow all right. That is to say it had somehow made her skin come out in spots.
