The military had spotted the band barricading themselves in the building. They pulled up and called for the survivors, with a megaphone, to exit into the troop carriers.

  1. Everyone escapes alive and Fred and his new-found friends are soon in a secured aircraft hangar.
  2. The zombies converge on the megaphone and eat all the military.
  3. Fred steals some chips.
