The man led Stacy out of the subway station and into a nearby bookshop. [This author refuses point blank to write "book store".] There was a crowd of people surrounding a desk that had been set up in the centre of the shop. Stacy noticed that all of them were clutching copies of the same book.

The man sat her down behind the desk and announced: "Here she is, ladies and gentlemen! Stacy Jones will now autograph copies of her latest book for you:

  1. "'The Never Ending Quest'."
  2. "'Mistakes Never End'."
  3. "'My Life As A Doctor Who Companion'."
  4. "'The Great Amnesia Cover-up'."
  5. "'Teach Yourself Accountancy'."
