Partly out of helping out the 'new guy' and partly because he donated many of his profits to charity, Jay Leno had agreed to be on Mike Cain's talk show. Leno even agreed to donate 50 grand to Cain's charity for disabled kids.

  3. Mike Cain thought it was an audition for 'Game Of Thrones'.
  4. David Letterman got lost and showed up.
