The Never Ending Quest - Episode 100403

Fred had suffered a nervous breakdown in this strange new land and had kidnapped the deputy mayor of the town he had landed in.
The poor tiny man had gone a bit catatonic in fear, seemingly having forgotten his own hysterical panic attack and was now a near emotionless slave to Fred, telling him all he needed to know.
The tiny people dressed weird but their leaders were competent. This deputy mayor Shiny Whatever knew a lot about the land, to twenty miles out.
Sooner or later (remember, Fred was not in his right mind either) they came to twenty miles out.
A cornfield had tried it's best to overtake the yellow brick road. The sun was high in the sky but behind thick, white 'bread rolls' of clouds.
"This is it!" said the deputy mayor.
"This is what?" said Fred, eating corn right off the stalk.
"If I take one more step, it'll be the farthest away from home I've ever been."
"Come on, Shiny. Remember what my left hand used to say: 'It's a dangerous business, Mr. Deputy Mayor, not listening to what Fred says. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing what fist you might be swept off into.' "

  1. The deputy mayor bursts into tears again.
  2. Fred realizes it is wrong to abuse those weaker then him.
  3. Fred finds a cowardly zebra.
  4. Fred finds a golden woman.
  5. Fred finds a scruffy dog.
  6. The corn tries and fails to grab the deputy mayor away.
  7. The deputy mayor talks about his childhood life in the village of Kakapoopoopeepeeshire.
  8. Scott Chen ambles by
