"I'm afraid so: Dave, Harriet and Bill have all died. Those super- mosquitoes - or whatever they are - inject something that's very poisonous. The others developed a fever like you did, but they didn't pull through. Hopefully now that you've recovered you'll be immune to any future stings, but the rest of us are obviously in great danger unless we can find an antidote or at least a repellent...
