This is for the birds

"Okay," the young guard says. He walks over and opens the birdcage in the corner of the guard room. The little pink canary flies out and through the bars into your cell.

1. Catch the bird and eat it.
2. Teach it to sing opera.
3. Hug it and kiss it and love it to pieces and take it home and call it Fred.
4. Wait patiently for it to start molting so you can make yourself a pair of wings from its feathers.
5. Go mad. Oops, too late!
