INVALID. Contradicts RO 1, that fantasy rules can have no effect on play
except as provided for in the RO's. Players cannot be forced to dance.
Even if I read this, "or else they shall cease to be active players",
fantasy rules are not allowed to affect eligibility.

Style: The dancing requirement is lame. And besides that it would do almost
nothing for the round, besides an invalid attempt to control members
personal lives in a completely unenforcable way (how would I as the Judge
know who did or did not dance?) -2 Style.

NB. You have about 45 minutes left on your clock. Ed Murphy has a day and a
few hours.
