The rule as I quoted it below is judged valid. (I did wonder whether 
something being posted in a rule necessarily _does_ make it true, but 
the ROs don't say so. Generally I'll accept anything with a conceivable 
conflict-free interpretation.)

Style: -0.5 for requiring clear debate, yet positing that preindustrial 
society grows, without any supporting argument.
