All valid resolutions in round 221 must contain a true tale of
unexpected consequence, benign or severe. I know this art student
who wheat-pasted papers with the words "angry, young and rich" on
bus stops and windows and other urban surfaces he considered public;
he was stunned to get arrested for vandalism when the owners of the
property he tagged were not amused.
