Lol - my entry went totally awry. 219:2.7 was intended to replace only the corresponding restriction, and not the entire rule! Fortunately 219:2.1 was mis-worded such that restrictions made by nano-bots (as well as all currently existing restrictions) can not trigger a total rule replacement. I feel like I'm playing Robo Rally and I just programmed a move-forward-2 instead of a turn-left.
