According to my interpretation of the F'rcyeh Tablets, we can save FRC
from a cold and lonely death if we simply recall the joyous times we
had in earlier rounds, such as round 69, 105, and 42...  all of which
were far happier than the current time of boredom :(.  All future
rules shall use smileys.
