Proposal 196:F
Upon adoption of this proposal all previous proposals are
awarded a pat on the back and then summarily rejected.  All
previous rules are rendered invalid and the rounds is declared
over,  Joshua - previously declared G.O.D. (D.O.G. aussi) of this
fascinating rules committee in Round 192, becomes judge of
round 197, and  Nathan Russel is awarded two style points for
being so enthusiastic.

"AS G.O.D. (or D.O.G.) I DON'T  HAVE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
TO GET WHAT I WANT BUT TO TRY AN REINFORCE THE
LEGITIMACY OF THIS SHAKEN AND BATTERED COMMITTEE I
WILL GO THROUGH THE PROPER  CHANNELS. (JUST KEEP THAT
IN MIND WHEN AND IF YOU VOTE ON THIS PROPOSAL YOU
PATHETIC MORTALS!)"
