I meant the announcement that the round is over.  This you know, yet I
feel obliged to write this anyways.  I am entirely in favor of praising
the Judge for judging an unusually difficult round.  But I rather
imagine that the round is not, in fact, over.  (And, for all we know,
the Judge need not have judged any more than one rule at this point ;-)
)
