Fortunately, as Judge, it is my perogative to interpret them.
So while your post did occur in those 24 hours, I had left the exact time of
when the round started unstated. One second before the twenty four hours elapsed
is also "within" the 24 hours, and was intended as the precise time that the
round started, so long as the eligible Wizard had not posted first.

Of course, this does not render your rule either INVALID or VALID. Merely too
early, and in fact benefits you as you now have just over 4 hours of extra
eligibility. Use them wisely. :)
