End of Round 167?

To the Honorable FRC,
    I think Round 167 ended on Aug 30, 04:43:20 when Aron
Wall became ineligible, leaving only one other person eligible.  As in
this round, we have a Wizard-Judge for the next round: Jesse
Welton, with .4.5 style points.
    If I am not correct about any of these things, please post
corrections.
