The regulations of the Life Contest require me to publish the following 
Notice of Award:

Goethe has the most Vials of Primordial Ooze: 36. I note that in the
Scorekeepor's Report for May 28, 2002, Steve has the most points at 32
making PWIN be 68. PPP is 3.4. I multiply PPP times the number of
contestants, 4, and determine that Goethe needs to be awarded 13.6 points.

Life awards 13.6 points to Goethe.
