	Hmm... The Life contest is pretty lifeless so far. If you get in 
early, you could get an early advantage towards scoring lots of points 
next month. Since we just had a winner and almost everyone has no points, 
contests can give out sizeable point awards.

	However, until I get some contestants, I need to eliminate a 
couple of divide by zero errors in the regulations.

	As the only member of the Life contest, I consent to making the 
following changes to the regulations.

	Replace the following text in regulation 22:

22. At the beginning of every Agoran week, except for the first full
Agoran week of an Agoran month, one Round of this contest is run.

	with the following:
