Gah. Sorry that I haven't added anything yet. Overtime at work plus fussy 2-yr-old has resulted in no time to write, even though I've got plenty of ideas for the next chapters.

I'm lucky: I'm retired and I don't have to cope with a two-year-old. Take as long as you need.

It's good that you have plenty of ideas. That's the part of the writing process that I often find difficult.
