Well, round 91 has ended. jml is the wizard-judge for round 92. I hope
he will have more succes in drawing players to the game.

Validity: No problem.
Style: You force the players to play the game in the part of the world where
 you happened to start it. I'd rather have seen either a piece of fantasy,
 or a thing which at least started out encompassing the whole world or a
 large part of it, and not some city somewhere in the US that I had never
 heared of before. -1.

Validity: Hmmmm... Don't think that link went to a fake URL ;-). However,
 I like the round much more this way, and I think it's early enough to
 re-interpret the last rule, I think I'll let it go through.
 
Style: +1 for attempting to remove the the problems of the last rule, but
 -0.5 for your boring restriction, making +0.5.
