The Magic Spell

The magic spell was very odd to look at. At first, Fred thought that it made no sense what so ever, however, after looking at it for some time, he thought that it made sense, but was in some kind of code that it probably needed to be in to work. The magic spell stated was:

Sammun furth thi dimun Punteclur.

What does Fred do now?

1. Fred shrugs, and reads the spell.
2. Fred decides that it's not worth the risk, and forgets all about it.
