Reaibn continued towards Redstone, snarling and surrounded by a flickering blue aura, right against his skin. He kept trying to will things to happen, but there was nothing. He knew he still had Power, as he was able to completely suppress the pain from swallowing the Eye. [94913] The anti-magic aura he was surrounded by completely repressed all magical spells and abilities, but the presence of the Eye inside his body was causing its powers to press right up against this aura, thus his flickering blue nimbus at the surface of his skin. He suppressed it as much as possible as he continued on down the road. Since he could not affect anything outside of his body, instead he focused on strength and agility. He felt his muscle mass increasing, and knew that this, at least, would work. He would find the people responsible for this aura, and tear them to shreds.
Meanwhile, Walter and Bartholomew are deep in thought. "He is coming," said Walter with a frown. "He has ingested the eye, and so was able to enter the zone. We did not anticipate he would take action so drastic. It could kill him..." "I still hope not," said Bartholomew with a frown. "but we need to be prepared. What will he be able to do in our anti-magic zone?" "Theoretically, nothing," said Walter. "However, clearly he is coming. I think we should either go downstairs or act like nothing is wrong. Hopefully he will be unable to see us." "So the plan is unchanged?" remarked Bartholomew, with a smile. "Of course," replied Walter. "In fact, if we survive this we will be able to move up our plan significantly thanks to the way things have gone."
