"Where's your room?" Astra asked. When the man told her, her memory of the
map indicated that it was quite close to Fred's. Going with him would give
her a pretext to reach the right area without raising anyone's suspicions.
The man blathered drunkenly the whole way, but although they ran into more
people, no one looked twice at the lordling taking the serving girl to his
room. "Hshere we are," slurred the man as they arrived at his room and he fumbled around opening the door. "Nowz we can ghet to the goodsh part-UNGH!" for as they had entered the room Astra had reached down and given his most sensitive area a firm squeeze and twist. "Urrrgghhh" said the man, vomiting on his floor and passing out. Astra left his room, making sure to close the door behind her, and headed for Fred's room once more. She actually reaches his doorway without further interruption, but then hears a "Exotica! Where have you been?!" behind her. It was Freida, one of the maids and a friend of Exotica. Of course, Astra did not know that. "Ahhh," said Astra, scrambling for something to say, but Freida helped her out. "Are you here to make sure Lord Fred is tucked in? I was coming to do that, but if you have it taken care of I will leave you to it. I heard you got reassigned to the dungeons. I hope Belboz is treating you well. Did you get to eat at the feast? Doesn't Astra look beautiful? Is it true she got sent to the dungeons?" and the questions continued. Freida was a bit of a blabbermouth. "I really must get to it," said Astra, apologetically, and Freida gave her a hug then headed on down the hall, still talking. Astra could only hope that Lord Fred was still asleep. She unlocked then creaked open the doorway to his chambers.
